Cancelling an order
You can ask to cancel an order by contacting our team before it is dispatched or before the service is delivered. Once a service has been delivered it cannot be cancelled.
Doctor and video consultations
If you need to change or cancel a consultation, contact us as early as possible. If a doctor cannot attend, we will offer you another time or a refund.
Lab tests and health packages
A test can be cancelled before the sample is collected. Once a sample has been collected and processed, the test cannot be refunded.
Home care
Contact us to reschedule or cancel a home care visit. Visits cancelled at short notice may be charged in part.
Medicines and products
For safety, medicines cannot be returned once delivered. If an item is damaged, expired or not what you ordered, tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 7 working days.
